1995  

Pandox' began operations in January 1995 when Skanska and Securum brought together seven and eleven properties, respectively, in a jointly owned company. The objective was to create added value in the properties through focused and active management. The work of developing the 18 properties that were part of the new company began right away. 

1997  
Flotation of the company at the Stockholm Stock Exchange.

 

2000  
Development of the geographic strategy to include northern Europe.

 

2003
Public offer for Pandox – privatisation. (Eiendomsspar AB and Sundt AS)

2004
Development of the strategy to include major locations in southern Europe, as well as developing regions in eastern Europe.

2007
Development of the strategy to include North America.
