Pandox' majority owners are the Norwegian companies Eiendomsspar AS and Sundt AS, through the wholly owned Swedish company APES Holding AB.

Eiendomsspar AS is one of Norways leading property companies. Its strategy is to own, develop and lease office, shop and hotel properties. Most of the properties are located in the Oslo area. Eiendomsspar is listed on the OTC-list of the Oslo Stock Exchange and is owned, directly and indirectly, by Victoria Eiendom AS.

Sundt AS is a private investment company with a capital of NOK 5.5 billion, of which 90 percent is equity. Sundt AS is owned by Helene Sundt and Christian Grüner Sundt with 50 percent each.
