Organisation and employees
Pandox' organisation is specialised. The organisation possesses expertise in the hotel market, hotel operations, technical and financial administration of hotel properties and business development. The Pandox office in Stockholm, from where the group is managed, employs 15 staff who work within the areas of development, management and control.

The operating companies are headed by Business Area Managers. Their work focuses chiefly on revenue-boosting measures and cost-efficient maintenance programmes. Other areas of responsibility is to continually evaluate strategies for each object, negotiate lease agreements and action plans. With regard to organisation, each business area has a Business Area Manager and an Analyst. In addition, they have access to a property manager, property support, controlling and financial functions.
