Employees are offered their own clear mandate to succeed in their role. As the company has a lean organization, a strong moral compass and autonomy are essential. Employees are also encouraged to make suggestions for improvement.

Pandox conducts workplace evaluations of the physical and psychological work environment every three years or when there have been major changes in the business, in order to offer an attractive workplace.

Employee satisfaction

Pandox measures the effectiveness of its engagement with the workforce by tracking employee satisfaction as revealed by the employee survey. Employee satisfaction in 2023 was 77% (77%).

The staff turnover rate is also used to evaluate employee satisfaction and thus how well employee issues are managed. In addition, there are specific questions in the staff survey that are designed to find out whether staff know where to go with questions or complaints.

Fair working and employment conditions

60 percent of Pandox employees are covered by collective agreements. Collective agreements are not used at the head office and in the Leases business segment, but working conditions mimic the applicable collective agreements and employees are given good opportunities for employment conditions, skills development and promotion.

Personal development

The proportion of employees who underwent performance reviews increased by a total of 23 percent in 2023. The largest increase was in the Own Operations business segment, which shows that procedures have been put back in place after COVID-19.

Pandox's goal is to ensure that there is room for every employee to develop through training. Average training hours have also increased significantly for all groups. The average number of training hours per employee during the year was 16 (10) hours.
