Materiality analysis

In the fall of 2023, Pandox conducted a double materiality analysis to identify material sustainability-related impacts, risks and opportunities.

The assessment was carried out with the help of a third party in accordance with the latest interpretation of CSRD and ESRS. The assessment was based on the principle of dual materiality, according to which a sustainability topic can be material from one or both of the following perspectives:

- Consequential materiality - Pandox's impact on people and/or the environment
- Financial materiality - sustainability topics that create effects on Pandox's financial conditions
